Apologies for the bareness of the site. We are in the slow process of rebuilding it and in the meantime it has been stripped of formatting.
The Morocco book is in, and the lengthy pre-publication process has begun. I am just wrapping up the photos for it—the last of the plated shots as well as the final selection of shots take during my numerous trips in Morocco. The book should be on shelves sometime in April 2012.
In the meantime, I have returned to working on The Country Cooking of Spain. It’s siblings continue to due well—Colman Andrew’s The Country Cooking of Ireland took home top honor at the James Beard Awards. His Country Cooking of Italy will be out in late fall 2011. The Country Cooking of Spain will follow on in 2013.
That’s a long time away… but there is much work to be done.
